In this tutorial you will learn how to create a wavy texture effect. You need to use the gradient tool with the radial and diamond gradient for this tutorial.

Wavy texture effect

Step 1

Open a Photoshop document with the dimensions 640 x 480.
Select two colours you want to use for the foreground and background. I have selected #fc1e1e for the foreground and #0fe5f2 for the background.


Step 2

Select the gradient tool with the radial gradient and the mode at difference. Drag the gradient on the canvas a couple of time and you show get the following patterns below:






Step 3

Change to the diamond gradient and repeat the same step above by dragging the gradient on the canvas a couple of time.




Step 4

Select Filter > Adjustment > Invert then choose Filter > Adjustment > Equalize.




Step 5

Duplicate the layer Ctrl + J and change the blending style to Liner Burn.



You should now have a wavy texture effect.

Trước tiên các bạn chuyển hết cả bức ảnh này về dạng đen trắng:
Để làm được điều này có 2 cách(theo như mình biết đến bây giờ):
C1: các bạn dùng lện Hue/saturation và chuyển hết cái dòng thứ 2 của bảng Hue về bên trái. Sau đó để có thêm các mảng sang tối ,đen trắng hợp ý mình các bạn dùng thêm lệnh level hoặc Curves




C2 : các bạn dùng lệnh Back&White (Image-à adjustments-à Back&White). Điểm lợi khi dùng cái lệnh này là các bạn tùy chỉnh thong số ngay trên bảng theo ý thích của mình
Cuối cùng thì cũng có thể tham khảo qua 2 lệnh level và curves để hoàn thiện hơn

Tiếp theo là vào phần chính của bức anh. Cá bạn tạo layer mới (ctrl+shift +N). Trên layer này cá bạn sử dụng pen vẽ các đường cong, ngoằn nghèo
Vấn đề ở đây là các bạn phải thuần thục các sử dụng pen,để uốn nó đi theo ý mình, mà điều đó phụ thuộc vào kinh nghiệm của các bạn, mình chỉ xin được lưu ý cho các bạn mấy điểm sau đây và các vẽ thành một đường cong

Hình đã được tự động thu nhỏ về 800x600 pixel. Click vào đây để xem kích thước thật của hình là 879x670 pixel

Tiện đây các bạn có thể chỉnh màu sắc tren layer background cho đẹp hơn,ở đây mình thấy ảnh có màu đen và có những chỗ màu trắng nên mình cho thêm màu cyan vào trống nó sẽ sang trọng hơn,đó là ý kiến của mình còn các bạn có thể tham khảo thêm các màu khác, biết đâu lại đẹp hơn:

Tiếp đến là tạp layer mới,layer này dùng đẻ làm các hình tròn sang xung quanh đường.
Các bạn chọn công cụ brush và ấn F5 để thiết lập như mình



Và quét lên dọc theo đường cong vừa vẽ, quét sao cho nhìn thấy nó đẹp đẹp là được (làm nhiều sẽ có skill ^_^!!)

Tiếp đến là các bạn thực hiện Blending option cho đường cong và các chấm tròn. Ở đây mình chỉ dùng mỗi lệnh Outer Glow

(các bạn chỉ cần chọn màu xung quanh vùng màu vàng mà mình khoanh là được, không nhất thiết là theo mình)

Taoj layer mới và chuyển sang chế độ hòa trộn là screen. Các bạn dùng brush nét mềm cỡ 100 px tô chấm lên các phần màu tím của hình

Nếu brush quá đậm thì các bạn dùng thêm Gaussan blur để làm mờ đi.

Cuối cùng là trang trí thêm theo sự cảm nhận riêng của từng người

I found two free high resolution wallpapers of the Windows and Mac operating systems. I believe the wallpapers are hand drawn on paper which gives a very usually and interesting effect. The crinkle of the paper gives a feeling of depth as if the paper was real on your screen. The wallpapers are created by a designer called Rafiq Elmansy and are available to download for free.

The gradient editor is the panel where you create your custom or preset gradient. There are two ways to open up the gradient editor. Firstly, with the gradient tool selected you can right click on the canvas, and the editor will open up. Or you can left click on the gradient drop down menu on the options bar. The following gradient editor window will show up.

1. This is the list of default preset gradients. You can change the preview of the presets to: text, thumbnails or lists which displays the presets into a different format.
2. This creates a new preset gradient. The new preset will appear in the gradient preview.
3. This allows you to change the gradient from solid to noise. The noise gradient contains random colours from a specified range.
4. This is the colour sliders, notice there are two sets of sliders: the top two and the bottom two. The top two are the transparency sliders you can change opacities of each of the sliders. To create another transparency stopper you can click anywhere in between the two stoppers. The bottom two stoppers allow you to change the colours. Dragging the stoppers blends the colours together and clicking in between the two stoppers creates a new colour stopper.
